Ali Valeh

Ali Vaaleh was born in the fall of 1967 into a religious family in Tehran. His father was an Air Force officer, so he spent his childhood in military housing on the base. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tehran and earned his high school diploma in Humanities during the Iran-Iraq war. He then pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Educational Sciences, Educational Management, and Communication Sciences. Growing up in a cultural family and with a passion for teaching, he joined a teacher training center in 1986. From the start, his innovative teaching methods and special approach helped him quickly outpace his peers. He spent nearly 20 years working in Tehran’s Education District 9 as a teacher, deputy principal, and principal, and later expanded his activities in District 2. His dedication and hard work enabled him to take the first bold steps in creative mathematics teaching, paving the way for his wide-ranging contributions to education. Ali Vaaleh founded over ten schools and several educational institutes, becoming one of the most active and experienced figures in education. Organizing nationwide exams, publishing hundreds of educational books, establishing children’s publishing houses, launching magazines, founding vocational institutes, and many other prominent activities have turned his work into a reputable cultural and educational holding. Alongside managing several schools, he was an exceptional teacher. He says, “No matter how challenging a project was, I never backed down and moved forward with confidence and trust in God.” His colleagues and friends say his classes were unmatched, and students rarely missed his lessons. He believes education must keep pace with global changes, improving teaching methods, learning, and management. According to him, targeted investment in education is the key to a country’s development, and a dynamic society requires a vibrant educational system. This belief led Ali Vaaleh to equip his schools with modern technology. Today, Vaaleh schools and institutes are among Iran’s top educational brands, operating with the highest standards. His educational and cultural institute continues to advance, aiming to prepare a skilled generation for a better future through smart schools. One of his most remarkable projects is the eco-tourism village called “Mehr Vaaleh” near Varamin, spanning over 200 hectares. Soon to be completed, this ambitious project reflects his environmental concerns, love for nature, and commitment to preserving national resources and leaving a positive legacy.
