Hormoz Pakdaman Lahiji is one of the pioneers of the cookie and biscuit industry in Iran and the founder of the famous brand “Naderi Cake and Cookie”. He started his activity in 1950 by producing traditional cookies in a store, and in 1956, he founded the first specialized factory in this field by registering the “Naderian Fard” company under the Naderi brand. Over time, he was able to equip the factory with modern and mechanized equipment and turn his products into one of the most popular national brands.

During his management, this complex gradually expanded into five manufacturing companies and a large distribution center and has offered more than 260 different types of products, including cakes, biscuits, wafers, chocolate, tea, and rice in various packaging. Careful management and also receiving standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP have made the Naderi brand recognized as the top exporter of the province and several times among the top exporters of the country. Today, this company is considered a symbol of industrial entrepreneurship in Iran, providing direct employment for about 800 people and having a wide economic impact.
