Siamak Javan

Siamak Javan was born in 1965 in one of Tehran’s underprivileged industrial neighborhoods, Siamak Javan’s story is a testament to perseverance, hard work, and innovation. At just 11 years old, after losing his father—a skilled industrial blacksmith—he took on the responsibility of supporting his family, a challenge that would shape his path toward remarkable success. At 14, a life-changing encounter with the legendary Iranian industry master Asghar Ghandchi set Siamak on his future course. Guided with humility and fatherly wisdom, Ghandchi introduced him to the steel trade, igniting the spark for a promising career. With a background in psychology, deep roots in Iran’s steel industry, and the legacy of his father’s craft, Siamak combined relentless determination with an innovative vision. This blend led to the founding of Javan Steel, which has grown into one of the largest and most respected industrial steel trading centers in the Middle East. Now led by the family’s third generation, Javan Steel is involved in dozens of major industrial projects and maintains a strong international presence, earning respect far beyond Iran’s borders. Beyond business success, Siamak is passionately dedicated to mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs. For years, he has shared his knowledge and experience with students up to the doctoral level at the Technology Incubator Center of Iran University of Science and Technology. His inspiring message to young people is clear and heartfelt: “Choose the points of your life wisely and with love.”
